There is an elevator which carries visitors right to the top for those who wish to avoid the stair climb. If you are able, I recommend taking the stairs. There is something so rewarding about climbing all the way to the top through winding narrow passageways to finally be compensated with such a magnificent view!
Duomo cathedral Prices: Walking down the Via Torino street or taking tram number 2 (green or orange coloured) on the corner of Via Torino and Piazza Duomo you can easily reach to San Lorenzo Columns. The Colonne di San Lorenzo is the best-known Roman ruin in Milan. It is located in front of the Basilica of San Lorenzo. It is a square with a row of columns on either side.
