AC Milan Tickets

As a AC Milan fan I remember the period from 1991 to 1994 when Milan AC in five seasons won the Italian Serie A four times. Maybe its best record was in season 1991/1992 wining scudetto (Italian championship) without losing a single match playing 58 games.

In that period FC Milan was the best team in the world. It’s enough to mention names like Franco Baresi, Marco Van Basten, Frank Rijkaard, Ruud Gullit many others. This was a team of Gli invincibili – (The Invincibile).

Talking about football in Milan I must say few words about another great soccer club, Inter FC a great rival of Milan AC.

The best period of this club is known under the name of La Grande Inter from 1963 to 1966. During this period with Helenio Herrera as head coach, the club won 3 league championships in 1963, 1965 and 1966. The most famous moments during this decade also include Inter's 2 back-to-back European Cup wins. In 1964, Inter won the first of those tournaments, playing against the famous Spanish club Real Madrid. The next season, playing in their home stadium, the San Siro, they defeated two-time former champions Benfica.
